CDOSSC is a private school for children living with neurological disorders. It is located in a serene environment with adequate security, qualified manpower, specialists, therapists, and skilled caregivers. The school started operation on 6th October 2013 and was commissioned by His Excellency, Governor of Delta State, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, on the 25th of February 2016.
